Results of Catalin Radio Restorations 

This blue Emerson 400 "Patriot" cabinet and grille was sent to us for repairs and cosmetic restoration.  The cabinet had a crack on the face along with a number several of defects. The grille had warped bars that had scratches.  

These are the pictures of the restored radio. The restoration is a Multi-Stage process from Wet/Sanding to the application of finish waxes.  This high-gloss finish is embedded in Catalin material itself.  There was not clear glossy top-coat used.  It was done the "Old School" way.
