It is a rare event for a radio collector to come across an 87-year-old console radio is this time-capsule condition. The McMaster Silver Masterpiece III is one of those radio. When you view the pictures in this listing, keep in mind the chrome and wood cabinet finish is 100% original.
The condition of this radio is superb. It is complete and extremely well preserved. The radio was bought new by a dentist in 1935 and was owned in the same family until recently. We are certain that this radio was kept in the living room to avoid the stress of being stored in an attic, cellar or garage.
