Return Policy

ALL SALES TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE CATALIN STORE WEBSITE OR VIA EMAILS ("Seller") ARE "FINAL SALES ONLY".

Returns or Refunds-

Because of the nature of the items and objects sold by the Seller, the Seller does not accept returns on items sold for any reason and do not issue refunds of any type.

Shipping Damage-

Buyer needs to inspect the package as soon as it is drop off at the designated address to confirm any shipping damage.  In the unlikely event the Buyer identify shipping damage, please contact the Seller in a timely manner by email at catalinstore.com@gmail.com

If the Buyer elected to add shipping insurance to the shipment, the Seller will provide the insurance information to the Buyer to file a damage claim with the shipping insurance co. The insurance proceeds are the Buyer's sole source of recovery in the event of shipping damage.

Indemnification-

Buyer holds Seller harmless against any claim arising from shipping damage.
